Hours of Operation:
The license fee office is open: - Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Last Saturday of month 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. (excluding holiday weekends)
- The office is now open on Lincoln's Birthday, Truman Day, Columbus Day, Christmas Eve, and Good Friday. The office is closed only on federal holidays, with the exception of Columbus Day (which is federal).

Payment:
The license fee office accepts cash and pre-printed checks. The License Fee Office also accepts Visa & Master Card debit cards as well as Master Card, Discover or American Express credit cards (system will not accept Visa credit cards at this time.)
Please note: For credit/debit transactions of $50 or less, a $1 fee will be charged. For all transactions greater than $50, a 2.75% service fee will be charged.
Driver's Test Location & Hours:
Written and driven exams are conducted at the Highway Patrol - Troop I Headquarters; 1301 Nagogami Road West; Rolla, Missouri 65401
